Job Summary

Leading business technology initiatives, the full-time VP, Business Technology Strategy & Integration will provide strategic oversight and governance, aligning technology capabilities with commercial objectives while collaborating closely with client leadership and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of business technology strategies that align with client commercial objectives and agency goals
• Provide governance and oversight of technology capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and compliance regulations
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making to drive effective execution of technology initiatives across the organization

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, martech consulting, or digital transformation within the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry
• Deep understanding of commercial pharmaceutical marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise marketing technology ecosystems, including Salesforce and Veeva systems
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
