Business Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time Business Transformation Analyst will collaborate across departments to enhance growth and performance through data-driven insights and AI applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supports transformation initiatives that align with organizational growth objectives and deliver measurable impact
• Engages with stakeholders to understand business needs and coordinates cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of transformation programs
• Utilizes AI tools to automate workflows and enhance decision-making, while tracking outcomes and managing risks in transformation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field preferred
• Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred
• Certifications such as Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
