Job Summary
Leading project-based efforts to drive operational efficiency, the full-time Business Transformation Manager will collaborate with business and IT teams to implement strategies focused on benchmarking, process flows, and organizational change management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages and monitors key performance metrics, implementing improvement plans at both individual and aggregate levels
