Business Unit Lead - Salesforce

Job Summary

Seeking a driven individual, the full-time Business Unit Lead - Salesforce will oversee operations, growth, and delivery performance of the Salesforce Business Unit while working remotely and ensuring client satisfaction and profitable business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve in senior roles on client projects, managing delivery within approved scope, budget, and schedule
• Monitor and manage business unit budget and financial performance, implementing corrective strategies as needed
• Attract, develop, and retain high-caliber Salesforce staff through leadership, coaching, and professional development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Eight or more years of experience in technology consulting or related professional services
• Experience leading Salesforce implementations and complex client-facing projects
• Demonstrated success in managing client expectations, scope, budget, and delivery performance
• Strong skills in relationship management and communication
