Key responsibilities
- Articulate BigPanda's value to senior stakeholders and build value-realization cases for strategic customers
- Translate technical use cases into measurable business outcomes and financial results using customer data
- Equip Sales and Customer teams with tools and methods for value articulation and measurement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Business Value, Value Engineering, or Customer Success roles at a technology company
- Experience building technology business cases for customer and prospect value
- Strong analytical skills with complex datasets and financial modeling expertise
- Executive presentation skills with credibility among senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
