BusinessObjects Consultant
Job Summary
To support the migration and modernization of an existing SAP BusinessObjects environment, the remote Mid-Level BusinessObjects Consultant will manage upgrades from BusinessObjects 4.2 to 4.3 and 2025, oversee Crystal Reports migration, and enhance enterprise reporting systems.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and develop a phased migration strategy for SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports environments
- Install, configure, upgrade, and secure SAP BusinessObjects environments and components
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to teams involved in the migration process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of strong SAP BusinessObjects experience, including upgrades from 4.2 to 4.3
- 3+ years of Windows Server experience, including migration to Windows Server 2022
- 5+ years of experience modernizing systems involving legacy reports, applications, integrations, and dependencies
- 3+ years of experience migrating Crystal Reports 2016 to Crystal Reports 2020
- 2+ years of experience upgrading SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 to 2025
