C# Developer
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs projects, the full-time remote C# Developer - II will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure software quality through testing and integration within an Agile framework.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical planning and detailed requirements definition for software systems
- Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net and C# while ensuring application performance and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather project requirements and implement long-term solutions
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Proficiency in developing applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems like GIT
