C# Developer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C# Developer - II will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development using .Net technologies while collaborating with a software development team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
- Develop back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring application performance and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and document software designs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with at least five years of experience in software development
- Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and database design using SQL Server and Entity Framework
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems like GIT
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
