C Developer
Job Summary
To support time-sensitive enhancements to a long-established pharmacy benefit management platform, the part-time hourly C Developer will investigate and analyze existing C application code, develop and modify code for client-requested changes, and collaborate with developers in an AWS Linux environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze existing C application code to understand system functionality and dependencies
- Develop, modify, and enhance application code to support client-requested changes
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- Strong professional development experience with C and/or C++, preferably in large-scale enterprise applications
- Experience maintaining and enhancing legacy applications and existing codebases
- Strong understanding of compiled applications and development within Linux/Unix environments
- Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar code and implement changes
- Experience debugging complex applications and resolving technical issues
