Job Summary

A company is looking for a CA316 Advanced Reporting Adjunct Faculty Member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on information gathering, international reporting, and using multimedia tools and outlets to disseminate information
• Teach students to write, shoot still images and video, collect audio, and utilize other new forms of media communication for publishing on the Internet
• Cover course topics such as civic journalism, citizen journalism, and freedom of the press

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Journalism or a Master's degree in Communication with at least 12 credit hours in journalism/reporting
• Evidence of successful teaching experience at an accredited college or university
• For undergraduate level courses, a master's degree in the discipline in which the instructor wishes to teach is required
• Completion of an online Canvas LMS orientation course and other department-specific training
