CAD Drafter

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time CAD Drafter will prepare detailed drawings and construction permits using various Autodesk products and design software while managing multiple projects and ensuring compliance with safety practices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary and detailed drawings from surveyed field notes and other source documents using Autodesk products
• Produce and maintain detailed drawings such as grading plans, site plans, and construction permits for infrastructure placement
• Communicate project status and resolve document issues with internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with safety requirements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
• 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work as a team member remotely or in an office setting
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Current state driver's license without restrictions
