CAD Librarian

Job Summary

To support engineering teams, the full-time remote CAD Librarian will build, standardize, and maintain a central mechanical CAD parts library, structuring CAD data and establishing a catalog system for efficient component reuse.

Key Responsibilities

• Model and curate 3D CAD parts and parametric library catalog items using PTC Creo Parametric 10 or higher
• Build and structure standard hardware libraries to facilitate straightforward component reuse and prevent duplicate part creation
• Organize metadata and file structures across PTC Windchill PDMLink and Oracle Agile PLM (gPLM)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience modeling parametric parts and assemblies in CAD software
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Product Data Management (PDM) and PLM systems
• Experience with PTC Creo Parametric (Version 10 or higher)
• Familiarity with PTC Windchill PDMLink and Oracle Agile PLM (gPLM)
• Proven track record in building standard mechanical CAD hardware catalogs
