Job Summary
Seeking a remote contract CAD Technician, the qualified candidate will support Engineering Product Managers and Sales teams by laying out specialty water treatment systems, preparing detailed drawings, and integrating various products into system designs.
Key responsibilities
- Layout of pipe systems based on site-specific constraints
- Preparation of detailed drawings and system designs
- Assist with materials estimates and communicate with customers and vendors
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in a relevant field
- Direct CAD experience, particularly with AutoCAD
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans
- Experience with drainage systems for industrial or commercial projects
- Familiarity with grading and underground piping layout/design is a plus
