California and Minnesota Licensed Gastroenterologist

Job Summary

Seeking a California and Minnesota Licensed Gastroenterologist, the part-time or full-time physician will provide virtual patient care, evaluating and managing adult patients with gastroenterology conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team through a telehealth platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients with various gastroenterology conditions
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and care team members to ensure continuity of care and treatment planning
• Document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) and provide patient education on diagnoses and treatment options

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in California and Minnesota
• DEA license in good standing
• Experience in APP supervision and comfort with telehealth environments
