Job Summary
Seeking a California Business Litigation Attorney with 5-15 years of litigation experience, the full-time remote position will manage a caseload of sophisticated commercial matters, represent clients in court, and develop litigation strategies while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
- Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal documents
- Manage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolution
Required qualifications
- 5 to 15 years of experience in civil/business litigation
- Significant trial, deposition, and motion practice experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in good standing in California preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
