California Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the Specialty Oncology business, the full-time Clinical Operations Associate in California will manage relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring effective implementation of NavDx testing and operational support while working onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless NavDx ordering and customer satisfaction
• Serve as a clinical and operational resource by onboarding new customers and optimizing workflows for NavDx testing
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational customer support, resolving inquiries related to test ordering and results reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 2-5 years of experience in clinical operations or analytics in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in commercial-stage life sciences or diagnostics companies, or in a healthcare setting providing support
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals
