California Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

Assisting with compliance activities, the full-time remote California Compliance Consultant will manage compliance reporting, investigations, and the implementation of regulatory updates while collaborating with stakeholders on various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support company compliance activities by documenting compliance efforts and applying established regulations
• Monitor and compile compliance data to identify risks and report key compliance drivers to senior team members
• Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables while ensuring adherence to regulatory updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, project management, or related fields
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and documentation processes
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
