Job Summary
Assisting with company compliance activities, the full-time remote California Compliance Consultant will manage compliance reporting, investigations, and implementation of regulatory updates while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Support compliance activities by documenting efforts and applying established regulations and standards
- Monitor and compile compliance data to identify potential risks and report on compliance performance indicators
- Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, project management, or regulatory development
- Ability to assist in compliance investigations and develop corrective action plans
- Familiarity with compliance reporting and monitoring processes
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and standards
