Job Summary
Assisting with company compliance activities, the full-time remote California Compliance Consultant will manage compliance reporting, investigations, and the implementation of regulatory updates while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with compliance reporting by monitoring and compiling data to identify potential risks and performance indicators
- Support compliance investigations by collecting data, identifying misalignments, and determining corrective action steps
- Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, project management, or regulatory development
- Proficiency in analytical skills and the ability to support documentation of compliance activities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and standards
- Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred
