Job Summary
Assisting with company compliance activities, the full-time remote California Compliance Consultant will manage compliance reporting, investigations, and implement regulatory compliance efforts while collaborating with stakeholders on various projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support internal and external stakeholders by applying established regulations and standards to compliance efforts
- Monitor and compile compliance data to identify potential risks and report key compliance drivers to senior team members
- Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables, ensuring adherence to compliance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience in compliance or health care operations
- Experience in compliance, audit, finance, project management, regulatory or public policy development, or investigations
- Knowledge of health care industry regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work collaboratively across groups to solve business problems
- Experience with data analysis and compliance reporting
