Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time California Compliance Consultant will assist with compliance reporting, investigations, and the implementation of regulatory updates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with compliance activities by providing support to stakeholders and documenting compliance efforts
- Monitor and compile compliance data to identify potential risks and report key compliance indicators to senior team members
- Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables while supporting the implementation of compliance standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, project management, or regulatory development
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and the ability to assist in the development of compliance standards and policies
- Experience in data analysis and reporting related to compliance activities
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support project management efforts
