California Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

Assisting with compliance activities, the full-time remote California Compliance Consultant will support compliance reporting, investigations, and the implementation of regulatory changes while coordinating with stakeholders on various projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with compliance reporting by monitoring and compiling data to identify risks and performance indicators
• Support compliance investigations by collecting data, identifying misalignments, and determining corrective action steps
• Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables while ensuring adherence to regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field, or two years of relevant experience
• Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or regulatory development
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the health care industry
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder communications
• Experience in project management is preferred
