Job Summary
Supporting compliance activities remotely, the full-time California Compliance Consultant will assist with compliance reporting, investigations, and implementation of compliance efforts while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with compliance reporting by monitoring and compiling data to identify potential risks and remedies
- Support compliance investigations by collecting data, identifying misalignments, and determining corrective action steps
- Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables while ensuring adherence to regulatory updates
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, project management, or regulatory development
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the documentation of compliance activities
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards applicable to health care
- Experience in coordinating stakeholder contacts and project schedules
