Job Summary
Assisting with company compliance activities, the full-time remote California Compliance Consultant will manage compliance reporting, investigations, and implementation of regulatory changes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in compliance reporting by monitoring and compiling compliance data to identify potential risks
- Support compliance investigations by collecting data and determining corrective action steps
- Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables, ensuring adherence to regulations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field, or two years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or regulatory development
- Ability to apply established regulations and standards to compliance efforts
- Experience in project management is preferred
- One year of experience working in a clinical setting is preferred
