Job Summary
Assisting with compliance activities, the full-time remote California Compliance Consultant will support compliance reporting, investigations, and the implementation of regulatory changes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with compliance reporting by monitoring data and identifying potential risks
- Support compliance investigations by collecting data and determining corrective action steps
- Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field, or two years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or regulatory development
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical skills and experience with compliance data management
