Job Summary
Assisting with company compliance activities, the full-time remote California Compliance Consultant will manage compliance reporting, investigations, and the implementation of compliance efforts while coordinating with stakeholders on various projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Support compliance activities by documenting compliance efforts and applying established regulations and standards
- Monitor and compile compliance data to identify potential risks and report on key compliance drivers to senior team members
- Coordinate stakeholder contacts and assist in the development and execution of project plans for compliance-specific deliverables
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, project management, or regulatory development
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively
- Experience working in a clinical setting or with project management is preferred
