Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote California CPA Transaction Advisory Manager will manage client engagements, lead quality of earnings preparation, assess market trends impacting financial analytics, and mentor associates while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage client engagements with minimal supervision, ensuring satisfaction and firm profitability
- Lead the preparation of the initial Quality of Earnings Data Book by collaborating with international and domestic teams
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather essential information for financial analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- CPA or CVA certification
- 4-5 years of public accounting or consulting experience with a national professional services firm
- Experience in transaction advisory or related accounting roles
- Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
