To support efficient field operations, the fully remote California Field Dispatcher will manage daily assignments, optimize workloads, and facilitate the resolution of operational escalations while working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

- Provide feedback on team performance and operational challenges to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with various departments to address audits, status requests, and operational needs
- Monitor daily work distribution and manage territory maps to ensure balanced workload across regions
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- At least 9 months of experience in a related position or within Operations
- Proficient in configuring and maintaining digital territory maps
- Skilled in using data and reporting tools for efficiency improvements
- Proficient in Google Workplace applications and other relevant software
