California HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted HR business partner, the full-time hybrid Senior Manager, People Strategy & Operations will manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring accurate HR operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise leaders on workforce planning, team structure, and employee relations, implementing solutions that align with business objectives
• Act as the primary contact for employee relations matters, conducting investigations and promoting a culture of inclusion and accountability
• Oversee core HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HRIS workflows and compliance-related activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR business partner or generalist role
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and managing a manufacturing population
• Solid understanding of HR disciplines and California employment laws
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
