Job Summary
Supporting California operations, the full-time salaried Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations in a remote setting with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders on employee relations and performance management
- Conduct workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and policy violations
- Provide guidance on California employment laws and ensure consistent application of company policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years focused on Employee Relations and workplace investigations
- Significant experience supporting large, multi-site organizations with 1,000+ employees
- Demonstrated knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Extensive experience conducting workplace investigations from intake through resolution
