Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed ABA Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through their start date, serving as a primary point of contact while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time in a remote and flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of all required steps
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding journey
- Coordinate background checks and maintain accurate employee records and onboarding trackers
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or staffing is a plus
