Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote California Licensed ABA Recruiter, the ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and behavioral health positions, focusing on attracting and hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while fostering strong relationships within the ABA community.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines within the ABA community
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities while maintaining accurate ATS records
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success hiring RBTs and BCBAs
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills
