California Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team in the entertainment business management sector, the full-time California Licensed Account Manager will oversee client financial activities, manage a team of bookkeepers, and ensure timely communication and resolution of client-related matters remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily client financial activities, including timely follow-ups on outstanding matters
• Review and approve work from bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy in AP/AR, payroll, and financial statements
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and assist in team training and workflow organization

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-charge accounting and bookkeeping experience, preferably in entertainment business management
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role within the Entertainment Industry with tour accounting expertise
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is highly preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial statements
• Prior management experience and advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
