California Licensed Account Manager
Job Summary
Managing the entire account-service process, the full-time California Licensed Account Manager will oversee client relationships, market to carriers, and prepare proposals for complex property accounts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the account-service process and maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients, participating in client meetings with Producers
- Respond to and resolve escalated client issues while ensuring accurate account file management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; college degree strongly preferred
- At least 3 years of related commercial lines insurance experience
- Current California insurance license in good standing
- Experience managing risks for construction clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
