California Licensed Accountant

Job Summary

To support the Accounting Team, a California Licensed Accountant will manage revenue data entry and month-end reporting responsibilities in a fully remote, salaried position while ensuring compliance and accuracy across corporate accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing and reconciling multiple financial reports and ensuring timely entry of Daily Parking Reports
• Executing day-to-day accounting procedures, including organizing financial records and processing bank reconciliations
• Preparing financial statements and collaborating with intercompany leaders for effective corporate accounting operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, strongly preferred
• 2-3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on external/internal reporting and consolidation
• Experience with AS400 Accounting Software preferred
• CPA certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills relevant to accounting tasks
