California Licensed Accounting Associate
Job Summary
Managing accounting services for clients, the full-time California Licensed Accounting Associate will assist with month-end close processes, prepare financial statements, and support ERP implementation projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Support engagement teams on private company management and compilation reports
- Partner with senior consultants to assess and implement client ERP needs and innovative solutions
Required qualifications:
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting or industry accounting functions
- Experience with data conversions and various ERP systems, including QuickBooks, Intacct, or NetSuite
- Desire to pursue CPA certification
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently
