Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time California Licensed Accounting Manager will review and analyze the general ledger, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and mentor a team of remote and local employees.
Key responsibilities
- Review and complete analysis and reconciliation of the general ledger
- Prepare month-end close entries and bank reconciliations for all projects and accounts
- Streamline processes and partner with leadership to drive change
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of related experience
- Solid month-end close experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
