Job Summary
Seeking two motivated California Licensed Accounts Payable Specialists, this part-time or full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work or a hybrid role in Denver or Littleton, Colorado, focusing on accounts payable processing, vendor maintenance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and support weekly payment runs, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with established accounting policies and internal controls
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of general accounting experience
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
