Job Summary
To support a growing real estate investment firm, the full-time California Licensed Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage accounting tasks for assigned properties, including billing, tenant statements, and delinquent account collections, while working remotely during standard US Pacific Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all accounting tasks related to assigned properties, including billing and tenant communications
- Follow up with asset and property managers to collect delinquent accounts
- Prepare sales tax forms and assist with property acquisition/disposition accounting processes
Required qualifications
- Accounting degree required
- Must have graduated with Latin honors (cum laude or better)
- CPA license required
- Minimum of 3 years full-time accounting experience
- Broad-based accounting for real estate experience is a plus
