California Licensed Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on California Licensed Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the full-time remote position will manage the billing and collections operations, oversee cash collection and reconciliations, and lead an offshore team while ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AR portfolio and daily collection strategy, prioritizing past-due balances and resolving disputes
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation and oversee all aspects of billing adjustments and credits
• Supervise and coach the offshore Billing and Collections team, setting clear expectations and accountability

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable, Billing, or related accounting experience
• 1-2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role within AR, billing, or collections
• Strong knowledge of AR aging, collections, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Experience supporting month-end close and reconciling customer subledgers
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with strong organizational skills
