Job Summary
Providing remote coaching and support, the part-time California Licensed Adjunct Faculty in Educational Administration Student Services will facilitate the development of Individualized Induction Plans (IIPs) and guide candidates in leadership development through virtual sessions and ongoing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development of IIP goals and professional development activities
- Assist candidates in developing their leadership voice and shared vision
- Model instructional coaching and support problem-solving related to teaching and learning
Required Qualifications
- CA Clear Admin Service Credential
- Master's degree required; EdD or PhD preferred
- Current position in an administrative role
