Job Summary
Providing comprehensive financial and business advisory services, the full-time California Licensed Advisory Manager will oversee outsourced accounting support for private, owner-run companies, including family-owned businesses and startups, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver tailored outsourced accounting support for private, owner-run companies
- Develop cash flow models and prepare financial reports to aid strategic decision-making
- Act as a liaison for clients in securing loans and financing, and guide them through succession planning and exit strategies
Required qualifications
- Active CPA license
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting and industry accounting functions
- 3-5 years of experience in family-owned businesses or wealth management accounting for UHNW individuals
- Experience with ERP systems, including data conversions and reporting
