Job Summary
Building and optimizing Epic Grand Central and Prelude applications, the full-time California Licensed Application Analyst will troubleshoot existing software, implement new requests, and provide go-live and upgrade support in a hybrid work environment in Los Angeles, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize software applications while designing and supporting new modules
- Focus on Charge RTE and Prelude build to enhance workflows and assist with integration projects
- Manage support tickets, participate in projects, and provide on-call support every 7 weeks
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst
- Epic Grand Central and Prelude certifications
- Epic RTE certification is preferred
