Job Summary
Seeking a strategic California Licensed Assessment Director, the full-time remote position will lead assessment and accreditation efforts across credential and non-credential programs, collaborating with faculty and academic leadership to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and implementation of academic assessment throughout the College
- Serve as the primary contact for accreditation activities, guiding compliance and preparation of accreditation submissions
- Partner with faculty and program leaders to enhance student learning assessment practices and support program improvements
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Education or a closely related field
- Minimum eight years of higher education assessment and accreditation experience
- Experience with teacher credentialing programs and accreditation site visits
- Familiarity with California Commission on Teacher Credentialing processes
- Experience using assessment management systems and conducting data analysis
