California Licensed Asset Protection Lead

Job Summary

To ensure a safe environment for customers and associates, the full-time California Licensed Asset Protection Lead will manage security protocols, conduct investigations related to theft and fraud, and provide training and support to store management while working onsite in California.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for customers and associates, utilizing de-escalation techniques in aggressive situations
• Conduct internal and external investigations regarding theft and fraud, adhering to company policies and protocols
• Lead training efforts for new hires and collaborate with management on safety and compliance issues

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a physical security and safety environment
• Experience in training and coaching personnel
• AA or BA degree is a plus
• Knowledge of investigative processes and CCTV systems
• Wicklander & Zulawski certification is a plus but training will be provided
