California Licensed Asset Protection Lead

Job Summary

To ensure a safe environment for customers and associates, the full-time California Licensed Asset Protection Lead will manage investigations into theft and fraud, support store management in handling aggressive behavior, and oversee asset protection training and compliance efforts onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and secure environment for customers and associates while managing theft and fraud investigations
• Support store management in addressing aggressive behavior and maintaining compliance with company standards
• Lead asset protection training and participate in operational assessments to ensure safety and compliance

Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in a physical security and safety environment
• Experience in training and coaching team members
• AA or BA degree is a plus
• Knowledge of investigative processes and CCTV systems
• Wicklander & Zulawski certification is a plus, but training will be provided
