Job Summary
To support a growing business immigration practice, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will analyze client needs, maintain communication throughout the application process, and supervise legal support teams while working remotely from the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing and communicating options to address clients' business immigration needs
- Maintaining timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the application process
- Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure correct preparation and filing of applications
Required qualifications
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
- 5+ years of business immigration experience with strong knowledge of various case types
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
