California Licensed Associate Attorney
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will manage business immigration cases, prepare and file non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, and maintain client communications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyzing and communicating options to address clients' business immigration needs
- Maintaining timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the application process
- Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure accurate preparation and filing of applications
Required qualifications:
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
- 5+ years of business immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, and others
- Experience handling complex RFEs, NOIDs, and challenging case issues
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
