Seeking a California Licensed Associate Attorney for a full-time position in Sacramento, who will manage litigation tasks including case strategy, depositions, and trials while learning directly from an experienced mentor in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Maintain professional communication with clients and build relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth and success of the team
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of California
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
