Job Summary
To support a growing civil litigation practice, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will manage all aspects of cases, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations throughout case management
Required qualifications
- Experience in civil litigation preferred (but not required)
- Familiarity with various pleadings
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- People skills, including excellent written communication skills
